At Steam Sauna Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna or steam equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Unit

  Ensure the sauna or steam generator is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all internal components and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely attach the RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
