Most residential steam generators require a dedicated 240V circuit. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician to ensure your home meets the specific amperage requirements for your chosen model.
How long does shipping take for heavy sauna equipment?
Standard freight shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Large items like sauna cabins or heavy generators are shipped via LTL carriers with lift-gate service for safe curbside delivery.
Can I install a steam shower in a standard bathtub area?
Yes, provided the space is fully enclosed, waterproofed, and sloped for drainage. You will also need to ensure the ceiling is vapor-proof and preferably sloped to prevent cold water drips.
What is your return policy for sauna products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed units cannot be returned, and large freight items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Does the equipment come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our steam generators and sauna heaters come with full manufacturer warranties, ranging from 2 years to limited lifetime coverage depending on the brand and model.
What maintenance is required for a home steam sauna?
Maintenance is minimal. We recommend using an automatic flush system to prevent scale buildup in the tank and wiping down the glass and tile surfaces after each use.
